此次午餐会，我们特别邀请沙源先生为我们讲解美国工程项目特点简介和赴美投资实业项目的教训，陈帆律师介绍国际EPC项目承包、采购、施工、股权和知识产权的法律纠纷

Pre-Registration is highly recommended as the session will be filled up very quickly. Lunch ($5) will be served. Walk-ins are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis if space is still available. $10 will be charged for non-members, $15 for walk-ins.
